How do I check the exchange rate and cost?
Choose the sending and receiving methods, then enter an amount in the calculator. Compare the amount to pay with the amount to receive and review the selected terms before creating an order. The rate and quote depend on the methods, amount and exchange terms.
How do I top up Alipay or WeChat?
Select Alipay or WeChat from the available receiving methods, then choose a payment method and amount. Provide the details requested by the form. If that method requires a QR code, upload the recipient’s code. Review the quote and follow your order’s instructions.
How long does a transfer take?
Processing time depends on the direction and order terms. Overnight orders are processed in the morning, so the wait may exceed the selected timeframe. Check the timing information in the exchange form before paying, then follow the status on your order page.
Can I exchange yuan for hryvnia or USDT?
Check the direction in the calculator: select a method for sending yuan and an available method for receiving hryvnia or USDT. Exchange availability and limits depend on the selected methods and currency availability. Use only the payment details provided in your order.
When do I need a QR code for a payment to China?
A QR code is required when the selected method displays a code upload field. Upload the recipient’s code and complete the other required details. A saved payment template does not replace the QR code: upload it again for each new order.
Can I prepare an order in the chat?
Yes. For example, write: “I want to exchange yuan for hryvnia.” The AI assistant will ask for details and show a draft. Sign in and confirm with the button to create the order. If you need a person’s help, ask for an operator.
